All custom design services require time, creative effort, and professional expertise. Once work has begun on your project—including concept development, research, or initial drafts—no refunds will be issued.
By purchasing a custom design, you acknowledge and agree that:

- —Creative work is subjective, and while every effort is made to meet your vision, refunds are not provided based on personal preference once work has started.
- —Reasonable revisions are included (as agreed upon), but do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Revisions: A set number of revisions may be included depending on the package. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
Turnaround Time: Estimated timelines will be provided but may vary based on project scope and communication.
Final Files: Final high-resolution files are delivered only after full payment is completed.
Client Responsibility: You agree to provide clear direction, timely feedback, and all necessary content (title, author name, etc.) before finalization.
Rights & Usage: Final designs are licensed for your use upon completion. The designer retains the right to display the work in portfolios and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.
Communication: Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may delay your project.
